This week you learned the steps of the human resources cycle: recruit, employ, reward, manage, develop, and transition or exit. Rewards, an important part of the cycle, can be intrinsic or extrinsic. A business can take steps to create an environment in which employees are intrinsically motivated, such as providing a sense of purpose, trust, belonging, and achievement.

Think about a time you have felt intrinsically rewarded by an experience with a leader or on a team (at work or elsewhere). Answer the following in your discussion post:
