Requirement: 1500 words, please make two or three arguments and extend in depth with examples. Please mainly use the recommended readings.

When/ what conditions are genocides likely?/ what is the relationship between conflict and ethnicity? Ethnic and genocide: interests in pushing certain ethnic self-definition (the Khmer Rouge Massacre, Rwanda genocide)
