Please select two word processing features from your readings that interest you and may be a challenge for a co-worker to learn. Examples include mail merge, features that enhance security and privacy (encryption with passwords and deleting metadata), and document comparisons. Do not use easy beginner features like spell and grammar check.
Write a memo to a co-worker about how the features you selected may be learned and applied. Find and explain how to use at least three sources, such as the text, MS Word help, and web or YouTube videos.
Show all of your uses of all of your sources. Use brief summaries of your sources, just enough to get you started. Emphasize your own ideas and your own examples. Personalize the memo and explain, using your own words and your own thinking, how these features may help in actual law office projects.
