  •   Then visit the restaurant website and research the nutritional value of the meal you regularly eat at each restaurant. 
  • Place the information in two table. One table includes all that food items that you order at a restaurant. The second paragraph is the healthier choices from the same restaurant. 
  • In a paragraph discuss the meals you regularly consume, compare the nutritional values (carb, fat, protein, sodium) and what changes would you make to ensure the meals eaten are healthier and lastly, what did you learn.  If you feel you do not need to make changes please state so and why.
