Inner/Outer Game chapter 3

Explain the concept of the Inner/Outer Game, and how you can use this understanding to improve your decision making as it applies to leadership.

We discussed leadership development earlier in this class. Our readings this week suggest that we tend to approach leadership development as a competency. And I believe most of our discussion was about competency. After reading Chapter 4, how might your thinking change? Or would it?

We read about polarities and problems in chapter 3. Can you think of examples you have faced this dilemma? (Other than the one in our text)
