Group Case Study
Each of you is assigned to a group and will work on a case study, Royce Consulting Group. Once you read the case, each group will collaborate in writing a case analysis:
1) Describing the major problem 1-1.5 pages (Taken by another student)
2) Secondary problems 1-1.5 (Taken by another student)
3) Conducting an analysis by using information from the readings (in-text citations should be present) 1-1.5 pages
4) Alternative 1: Developing alternatives and making a recommendation by selecting the best alternative. Also discuss why you selected that alternative as your recommendation. 1-1.5 pages

There is 6 students and option 1, 2, 4 and 5 are taken by other students so you can choose 3 or 6?
