After reading about legal descriptions, one can probably be pretty overwhelmed by it all. Legal descriptions are complex, but at least you are only reading them (and not the person having to formulate them).
As a paralegal, you may need to know how to read legal descriptions even if you do not work in the real estate field. What other areas of law can you think of that might have use of legal descriptions besides real estate? Why is it so critical for the legal description to be accurate?
